Ecuador has made one change with midfielder Michael Arroyo replacing forward Felipe Caicedo. ___ Lineups: Ecuador: Alexander Dominguez; Jorge Guagua, Frickson Erazo; Juan Paredes, Cristhian Noboa, Walter Ayovi, Oswaldo browse Minda, Antonio Valencia, Michael Arroyo, Jefferson Montero; Enner Valencia.
